Hi, I’m Chris Paouros. I’m a consultant, leadership coach, advisor, charity trustee and Non-Exec Director. I work with organisations across the private, public and third sectors to build inclusive, high-performing cultures and to drive growth, reinvigoration and lasting change.

I bring more than 25 years of experience leading organisations, with a focus on operational excellence, inclusive leadership and organisational health. My work spans strategic transformation, financial and governance oversight, culture change, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB), and programme delivery. I specialise in supporting leaders and leadership teams to navigate complexity, whether that’s through realigning purpose, addressing conflict, or strengthening how they work together.

My 25+ years of business experience will stand us in good stead to design a process, project, programme or training course that is bespoke to your work, team or organisation.
I can work alongside you, or with you. Some clients have knotty problems they want to unpick or specific projects they need help with so we’ll meet and I’ll plot out how I think we can deliver the project or solve the problem. Others need additional capacity or expertise in a particular area and I can provide that too.
